Booking with Arjun’s Home Stays

When you make a booking directly with us through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person, your agreement is made with Arjun’s Home Stays, the property where you choose to stay. We manage our own pricing, amenities, service offerings, and guest experience.

We require 30% of the total booking amount as advance to confirm your reservation. Without the advance payment, your booking will not be considered confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in or check-out, as communicated during booking.

We offer a range of services including:

Premium room stays
Food and restaurant services
Event arrangements, parties, and customized decorations
Tourist guide and travel assistance (chargeable)

Eligibility of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. If you are below 18, a parent or legal guardian must book on your behalf.

We reserve the right to deny or restrict website access or booking requests if it is found that you are a minor or do not meet the legal requirements.

Content

All content on our website and communication platforms, including text, images, videos, UI elements, branding, and related material, belongs to Arjun’s Home Stays. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for any purpose other than what is permitted under this policy.

Damages, injuries, loss of belongings, or service dissatisfaction caused by third-party services are not our responsibility.

Your Responsibility

You are advised to verify all essential details before booking. By using our services, you agree to comply with all local laws, government regulations, and property rules.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify any service, facility, or structure at any time without prior notice.

No advice or communication from us, verbal or written, creates any warranty beyond what is explicitly stated.

Use of Mobile Number

To begin your booking process, you must provide a valid mobile number. This number may be used for:

Booking confirmations
Payment and refund updates
Check-in / check-out information
Meal timings, service updates, or any important notifications
Feedback requests
Safety or travel updates
Marketing, offers, and promotional messages (SMS / WhatsApp / call)

By providing your number, you consent to receive communication in accordance with TRAI guidelines. You agree to indemnify us against any actions arising from wrongful complaints regarding these communications.

Data Security

While we make every effort to secure your data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized breaches will never occur. You understand that any information you share may be at risk due to a breach at your end or unforeseen digital threats.

We may share your information with authorities or law enforcement agencies if required by law, without seeking your consent.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to deliver confirmed bookings due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Road blockages
Weather disruptions
Pandemic / epidemic situations
Government restrictions
Operational or technical failures
Power or network failures

In such cases, our liability is limited to refunding any amount received for the booking. Refund of advance will fully discharge us from further liability.

Right to Refusal

We reserve the right to decline booking requests or refuse service at our discretion if:

Your behavior poses a risk or inconvenience to other guests or staff
There are health, safety, or regulatory concerns

The property may also refuse check-in based on misconduct, policy violations, or local restrictions. In such cases, any refund or resolution lies solely between you and the property management team.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Arjun’s Home Stays, its owners, staff, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your misuse of services

Breach of laws or regulations
Misconduct during your stay

General Terms

We may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of updated terms.
Nothing in this policy establishes a partnership or joint venture between you and Arjun’s Home Stays.
