Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made before 24 hours of the check-in date may be considered for partial refund depending on booking type.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours before check-in will result in 0% refund.
- No-shows (guest not arriving) will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
- Special arrangements costs (decorations, party setups, pre-ordered meals, guide charges) are non-refundable once preparation has begun.
2. Refund Policy
- All booking confirmations require 30% advance payment, which is non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours.
- Any eligible refund may take 7–15 working days to process.
- Payment gateway or bank fees (4%–6%) will be deducted from total refundable amount.
- Amendments (date changes, room changes) will be treated as cancellation unless approved by management.
Child Policy
- Children below 6 years stay complimentary without an extra bed.
- Children above 6 years are considered as an extra person, and mattress charges will apply.
