To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please read our detailed Shipping Terms & Conditions before placing any order.
1.1 These Shipping Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed for products sold by Arjun’s Home Stays, including fruits, honey, and any other physical goods.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1.3 All orders are shipped from Tirthan Valley, Himachal Pradesh.
2.1 We currently ship products within:
Himachal Pradesh
Major cities and states across India (based on courier availability)
2.2 International shipping is not available at this time.
3.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
3.2 Fresh fruits and honey require careful packaging, so dispatch time may vary depending on availability and weather conditions.
3.3 Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4.1 Estimated delivery timelines (may vary due to courier delays):
Within Himachal Pradesh: 2–4 working days
Rest of India: 4–8 working days
4.2 Delivery delays may occur due to:

5.1 Standard shipping charges are calculated based on:

6.1 All items are packed with care to ensure freshness and safety during transit.
6.2 Fresh fruits are packed in breathable, eco-friendly containers.
6.3 Honey and liquid items are sealed to prevent leakage.
6.4 Arjun’s Home Stays is not liable for minor dents or external box damage caused during shipping if the product inside remains intact.
7.1 Once the order is shipped, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service.
7.2 Arjun’s Home Stays is not responsible for:
Delays
Loss of package due to courier mishandling
Damage caused after the package leaves our facility
7.3 However, we will assist you in raising complaints with the courier partner if required.
Since we deal in perishable and consumable products, we strictly follow:
No Return Policy
No Exchange Policy
This applies to:
Fresh fruits
Honey
Any food items
Once delivered, these items cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances.
9.1 The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
9.2 If delivery fails due to:
Wrong address
Incomplete address
Unreachable phone number
…no refund or replacement will be provided.
9.3 Reshipping (if possible) will require additional shipping charges.
10.1 Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is NOT allowed.
10.2 Any request made after dispatch will not be accepted under any condition.
11.1 Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery along with:
Clear photos
Unboxing video
Invoice copy
11.2 Refund/compensation is not guaranteed and will depend on investigation and courier partner approval.
11.3 Claims made after 12 hours will not be accepted.
